Movement and team practice
Athletics
I have trained in rhythmic gymnastics since 2021 and also practice aesthetic group gymnastics (AGG), a synchronized team discipline. Across gymnastics, I currently train about 15 hours each week.

Rhythmic gymnastics
Individual practice
I train and compete nationally in rhythmic gymnastics. The routines combine precision, flexibility, musical interpretation, and the willingness to repeat a small detail until it becomes reliable.

Moving as one group
AGG routines are performed by a synchronized group without apparatus. The work depends on shared timing, spatial awareness, trust, and consistency.
In 2025, my team competed at the IFAGG World Championships in Samokov, Bulgaria.
